Terms of service

  1. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. 
  2.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY No purchase is required to enter or win. To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a written request for entry to the business address listed above. Mail-in entries must be individually mailed and received before the stated draw deadline. 
  3.  ENTRY METHODS Entries may be obtained via product purchases, membership subscriptions, entry packs, or alternate mail-in method. Entry quantities are disclosed on the applicable promotional page.
  4. ODDS Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received before the closingdate. 
  5. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited
    mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared a winner.
  6. PRIZES Prize descriptions and approximate retail value (ARV) are listed on the applicable promotional page in CAD unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion. 
  7. WINNER SELECTION Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible
    entries. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification and complete verification requirements. 
  8. PUBLICITY By accepting a prize, winners grant Aurora Collectible permission to use their first name, last initial, city/province/state, and optional photograph for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Aurora Collectible is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, shipping delays, carrier damage, or market value fluctuations of collectible items. 
  10. GOVERNING LAW All disputes shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
